Oprius Site
Oprius is a fantastic Customer Relationship Management (CRM) site, I spent quite a while trying a few out, but found Oprius to be very intuitive easy to use and simple to set up, you can create lead capture pages and then start sending out email autoresponder messages and put leads into a plan that reminds you to follow up. they do a 30 day free trial so do check it out.
